Revolution Beauty CEO Joins Ulta Beauty as Chief Merchandising and Digital Officer

Lauren Brindley, the new Chief Merchandising and Digital Officer at Ulta Beauty.

Ulta Beauty has named Lauren Brindley as its new Chief Merchandising and Digital Officer, effective June 3, 2025. Brindley succeeds Monica Arnaudo, who will retire in June.

Brindley will step down from her roles as CEO of Revolution Beauty and Board Member on May 31st. She has led the makeup brand since September 2023.

Brindley will oversee merchandising, digital, and brand development for Ulta Beauty. She will have executive responsibility for the retailer’s ecommerce, wellness, and marketplace strategies, while also leading the company’s assortment brand building strategy.

She is a proven, strategic leader with deep industry expertise, a global perspective, and a passion for beauty that aligns with our vision for the future.”

Brindley says, in a statement, that she’s “thrilled to step into the role and work alongside an incredible leadership team to help shape the next chapter of growth.”

Brindley has more than two decades of global beauty and retail experience. Prior to her role at Revolution Beauty, she held senior leadership roles at Walgreens and Boots UK.
